(c) Draw a proforma Statement of Profit and Loss of a company with major headings only as per Schedule III of Companies Act, 2013.

(a) Bajaj Ltd. has Rs. 4,00,000 in equity shares of Rs. 10 each. It has Rs. 90,000 on general reserve and Rs. 30,000 in securities premium reserve. The company has passed necessary resolutions to buy back 10,000 equity shares at a premium of 10%. In order to carry out the resolutions the company issued Rs. 40,000, 12% preference shares of Rs. 10 each.
Give journal entries relating to the buy back of shares.
(b) The following is an extract of Trial Balance of USHA Ltd. as on 31-03-2024:
